A: We do not offer refunds. However, if you’re running late or need to reschedule please email us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can notify your audio engineer, and reschedule you for a future session!

A: No, sorry. We only accept bookings at least 24 hours in advance.

A: No you do not! We will have your files uploaded to a dropbox link, that we send over within 24 hours!

A: You have 7 days to download your files, after 7 days unfortunately we will have to delete those files to free up space. But don’t worry we email you over the files as soon as they’re uploaded.

A: We recommend the SanDisk G-Drive PRO SSD. Thunderbolt 3 supports 40Gbps, for context, this means you can transfer a 4K movie in under 30 seconds.

A: The doors lock after 4:00pm. If you have a session scheduled after 4:00pm, please contact us, by email.

A: You can email us at hello@toallthepeoplemedia.com, or the producer who was in the room with you. They should always write down your email address and phone number in case anything goes wrong.

A: No worries, we got you covered. We record low so you don't over modulate your sound! Meaning we don’t want it to get (Get too loud. If it's too loud during the recording, your audio will distort, or if you set your levels too low, it will sound far away, and then bringing the gain up in post will create background noise. We recommend our guests editing their podcasts in adobe premiere pro. Here's a step by step guide Adjust the audio level using the selection tool:

Right-click on one of the selected audio clips.

A: We recommend you book our one hour session first before selecting a membership. During the studio tour, you’ll get a link to a comprehensive walkthrough of all our recording spaces, lasting approximately 15 minutes. You’ll also have the opportunity to test out our microphones, mixers, and video cameras firsthand. In addition, we’ll go over our various recording and membership plans. It’s a great way to get acquainted with what we offer and how we can help elevate your voice!
